Whitefish cakes


4 oz White Fish
1 oz Cream
1 Egg Yolk
4 oz Breadcrumbs
1 Drop of Tabasco


Mince the white fish twice and season with salt and pepper
Add the egg yolk and cream.
Add the drop of Tabasco and mix.
Shape cakes into desired size.
Breadcrumb and deep fry.
Serve with Mayonnaise/Garlic Mayonnaise.
