Bull Island SPA

A portion of the Bull Island SPA site, which  Extends from the Bull Wall lighthouse across to Drumleck Point at Howth Head, falls within in the Fingal  Dublin region. The area is a Wildfowl  Sanctuary, a Ramsar Convention site, a Biogenetic Reserve, a  Biosphere Reserve and a Special Area  Amenity Order site. Much of the SPA is also a candidate Special Area of Conservation
